For a relation we are looking for

Service Desk Support

The job consists of the daily handling of ICT support requests and incidents. Daily activities coming from tickets and as requested by staff members, admin reporting line to me (i.e. Head of Team Workplace Services).

The technological stack and /or methodologies the consultant will be using (despite not being included in the requirements) are: ITSM tool (SupportWorks), following the ITIL methodology. Microsoft stack mostly (MDT, WDS, AD) and Altiris for software deployment.
