Opdrachtomschrijving

Job Description:
Manages contact information for project teams, stakeholders, vendors and other relevant contacts
• Manages project pipeline at portfolio level
• Support PM’s in setting up projects in relevant tools (e.g. Clarity)
• Reviews planning and reports bottlenecks in planning at portfolio level
• Facilitates risk & issues logging and reviews logs at portfolio and project level
• Owns & maintains overview of resources (availability, role etc.) at portfolio level (including internals)
• Provides ad-hoc support and produces ad-hoc reports and overviews
• Coordinates the delivery of standard consolidated reports and overviews at portfolio level
• Coordinates and facilitates the delivery of input to Governance bodies at portfolio level
• Communicates the PMO requirements (required input) and expected activities to PfM’s and PM’s
• Facilitates on boarding of new resources (availability of user-id, hard- and software as well as access rights to relevant data and tooling) in cooperation with Assistants & Logistics team
• Manages holiday schedule for project resources
Facilitates staffing

Business Knowledge:
2+ years experience in an IT environment in a PMO role
Preferably experience with working in international teams
Broad experience and understanding of IT portfolios, programmes and projects
Netherlands: HBO/ HBO+ ; UK/NA/SA/APAC: Bachelor’s / Master’s degree
Understanding of project administration and financial management
Knowledge and understanding of PMO tools, methodologies and best practices
Enable, AIMS, ATR, Assetcenter, Myshop
MS Office/ MS Project

Start date: 15-02-2010
End date: 30-05-2010
Capacity: 40 uur per week
Locatie: Amsterdam
Tarief: € 47,- (maximaal)
